As a young boy my brothers and I loved to go fishing with our Dad and Mom. We spent a great deal of our time around the water at different lakes and rivers in the area. We all knew how to swim well and therefore gave Mother some space so she could relax and not worry about her boys for they would look after each other and if there was an emergency, you could here the signal from the other two, (screaming thier fool heads off) if one was in trouble or in being picked on by someone bigger.

This picture shows the team work that we put into our fishing and we were proud to be able to produce a meal of tasty trout for lunch. We enjoyed fishing so much that we were never to be found for help around the camp site or around the house for you would find these three muskateers down by the shore dropping a line in to see whats biting!!

As you grow older quanity does not matter as much as quality and I was never so happy about fishing as the day that I landed this salmon from Lake Ontario and was amased to find that it wieght in at 33lbs.11oz. It was what all the years of learning and tying knots and freezing yourself to death and spending all of your extra time and money worth it to be able to fight with a fish like this and be able to walk in the garage at the end of the day and drop this luncker on the table. It was the only fish caught that day and one of the proudest moments in my life, and I can apprieciate anyone who says that they find fishing enjoyable exciting and worth fighting with their special someone for the chance to go fishing...For look at the fish that STEVE caught!!
